Heinz Watties

Heinz Watties are a world leader in the food industry. When it came to needing a dust extraction system for their dry packing area, it was Airtight Solutions they turned to for a professional reliable solution.

The existing dust extraction system in the dry packing area was not up to the standards that Heinz Watties prides itself in. The result was a high level of airborne dust, caused by the packing process. This made for an unhealthy working environment for the staff.

Airtight Solutions assessed the problem and specified the correct filtration requirement. Airtight installed one of their modular (expandable) dust extraction systems and a full ducting system with custom made stainless steel capture hoods.

The end result was exactly as expected and everything Heinz had hoped for. The new system yielded a substantial improvement and very effectively made the airborne contaminant problem a thing of the past.
