Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The 30-Day Trial is available to businesses operating within the Australian mining and waste industry only.
One trial per company/site location is permitted.
Offer is available to new clients only (existing clients are not eligible).
30-Day Trial is under the discretion of Airtight Solutions.

2. Trial Scope
The 30-Day Trial includes the temporary supply and installation of Airtight Solutions’ selected Dust Suppression System on a designated section of the Client’s site.
The trial period is limited to 30 days, beginning from the date of system installation.
Trial system selection is at the discretion of Airtight Solutions, based on site requirements and availability.
The trial may be supplied at cost to the Client, subject to a quotation and agreement prior to installation.

3. Obligations of the Client
The Client agrees to provide reasonable site access, cooperation, and information required for system installation, operation, and performance monitoring.
The Client must operate the system as advised by Airtight Solutions and maintain safe working conditions during the trial.

4. Ownership and Return
All equipment remains the property of Airtight Solutions during and after the trial.
At the end of the trial period, the Client agrees to:
– Return all equipment in good working condition, or
– Enter a formal commercial agreement with Airtight Solutions for continued use.

5. Data & Reporting
Airtight Solutions may collect performance data (e.g. dust particle levels, system uptime) to evaluate the effectiveness of the trial.
This data may be used internally or in anonymised form for marketing and reporting purposes.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome
While Airtight Solutions anticipates dust level reduction, results may vary depending on environmental conditions, usage, and compliance with instructions.

7. Liability
Airtight Solutions shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the trial period, except where caused by proven negligence.

8. Cancellation
Airtight Solutions reserves the right to modify or cancel the Trial offer at any time without notice.
Either party may terminate the trial early by providing written notice with a minimum of 2 business days.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep commercially sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
