The Airtight Solutions insertable pulse jet cleaning baghouse is compact size is easily installed on or into a storage bin or silo roof. We also offer the insertable filter range with a vertical up stand option available to lift filters above silo material level. These can also include fan support brackets. Optional Vent-fans and silencers can be added to deliver a complete solution to suit your requirements.
The length and number of filter bags is determined by airflow and dust loading requirements.

- Requires clean and dry compressed air at 6 bar gauge. Nominal required is 2nm³/hr for each 10m² filter area.
- Pulse controller IP66, 230V 10W power supply.
- Adjustable for both pulse duration and interval.
