APMP Pulse Jet Dust Collector
Pleated Filter Elements for Heavy Dust Loads
The APMP Pulse Jet Dust Collector uses pleated filter elements and is designed for heavy dust loads. The range is available in three sizes, with different inlet configurations to suit system requirements.
All three units are based around a standard 2.0 m square footprint of the 64 shell, excluding the fan and external inlets.
Three Configurations Available
The APMP range is available in three configurations:
- APSM48/64-2000 BI – features an inlet within the body of the housing (BI).
- APSM64-2000 SI – uses an external side-entry inlet (SI).
- APSM128-2000 CI – features a centre inlet positioned between two 64 units.
This provides flexibility when selecting a pulse jet dust collector configuration around the required system layout.
Flexible Dust Discharge Options
The units are designed for fast installation and can be configured with a range of dust discharge arrangements to suit specific reclaim or discharge requirements.
Available options include:
- Rotary valve
- Slide gate and drum
- Screw conveyor
- Other discharge configurations to suit the application
Powerful Reverse Pulse Cleaning
The reverse pulse cleaning system uses venturi technology to clean the filter elements.
During the cleaning cycle, the system draws additional air volume from the surrounding air, creating a powerful shockwave cleaning action across the filters.
This provides an automated method of cleaning the pleated filter elements used within the APMP dust collector.
