EZ Shred 6 Wood Waste Shredder
The EZ Shred 6 Wood Waste Shredder is a compact industrial shredding solution designed for processing wood offcuts and reducing the volume of timber waste generated by joineries, cabinet makers and other wood processing operations.
As the smallest model in Airtight Solutions’ EZ Shred range, the EZ 6 is well suited to businesses that need an industrial wood shredder without the capacity or footprint of the larger EZ 8, EZ 10 and EZ 13 models.
With an 18.5 kW drive, 600 mm rotor and approximate throughput of 1–2 m³/hr of loose offcuts, the EZ 6 provides an effective solution for managing wood waste at the source.

V-Rotor Shredding Technology
The EZ Series uses an aggressive V-rotor design developed to support effective material intake and high throughput while minimising knife wear.
Large, slow-moving rotors work with hardened, replaceable cutting knives to process wood waste into a more consistent and manageable form.
The EZ 6 features a 250 mm diameter rotor with a 600 mm rotor length, matched to its compact hopper and throughput requirements.
Built for Wood Processing Operations
The EZ 6 is particularly suited to smaller and medium-sized woodworking operations generating regular volumes of timber offcuts.
Shredding the material at the workshop can reduce the space required for loose waste and prepare it for downstream handling, storage or appropriate resource recovery pathways.
