BPB Conveyor Vent Filter
Compact Dust Control for Conveyor Transfer Points
The BPB Conveyor Vent Filter provides localised dust filtration for conveyor systems and material transfer points where dust can become airborne during handling.
Installed close to the dust source, the BPB Series provides a compact approach to conveyor dust control without requiring unnecessarily large extraction equipment for smaller, localised applications.
The range can be configured around the airflow and filtration requirements of the application, with multiple filter sizes and matching fan options available.
Configurable to Suit Your Application
The BPB Series is available with 4, 6, 8, 9 or 12 filter bags, providing filter areas from 3.84 m² to 11.5 m².
Nominal airflow ranges from 240–480 m³/h for the four-bag configuration through to 730–1,450 m³/h for the largest 12-bag configuration. BPB Conveyor Vent Filters
This allows the conveyor vent filter to be selected around the dust load, required airflow and material handling application rather than relying on a single standard configuration.
Integrated Fan Options
A range of BPBF fans is available to suit the different filter configurations, with motor sizes from 0.37 kW to 2.2 kW and maximum flow rates from 480 to 1,450 m³/h. BPB Conveyor Vent Filters
