Compact Pulse Jet Dust Collection for Industrial Applications
The Airtight PJS Series Small Volume Pulse Jet Dust Collector provides efficient industrial dust extraction in a compact footprint. Designed for applications with lower air volumes, the PJS Series combines cartridge filtration with automatic reverse-pulse cleaning to provide reliable dust collection without requiring a large dust extraction system.
Available in three models with maximum airflow capacities from 2,600 to 4,500 m³/h, the PJS Series can be configured with filter media, fans and other options to suit the dust characteristics and requirements of the application.
Automatic Reverse-Pulse Filter Cleaning
The PJS Series uses a reverse-pulse cleaning system to remove accumulated dust from the filter cartridges during operation. Short pulses of compressed air clean the filter elements, helping maintain airflow and filtration performance while extending the usable life of the cartridges.
This online cleaning system makes the PJS Series particularly suited to applications requiring regular or continuous dust extraction.
Compact Cartridge Dust Collector
With a compact filter body, the PJS Series is well suited to facilities where floor space or installation height is limited.
Depending on the model, the collector uses six or nine cartridge filter elements, providing a large filtration area within a relatively small unit.
The system can be installed indoors or outdoors and can be configured to suit the specific dust being collected.
