Description
Straight Ducting
Airtight Straight Ducting forms the main duct runs within industrial dust extraction system, transporting dust-laden air from individual extraction points towards the dust collector.
Designed as part of a modular ducting system, straight sections can be combined with bends, branches, reducers, dampers and other fittings to create a complete ductwork layout around machinery, workstations and production equipment.
Industrial Dust Extraction Ducting
Effective ductwork is an important part of any dust extraction system. It provides the pathway between the point where dust is captured and the equipment responsible for separating and collecting it.
Straight duct sections are used throughout the system to create main duct runs and individual extraction lines. Different diameters can be incorporated as required to suit the airflow requirements and layout of the system.
The smooth internal surface of rigid metal ducting also provides a more suitable airflow path for industrial dust extraction than long runs of flexible hose, which can introduce additional resistance into the system.
