Description
T1000 Woodworking Dust Collector
The T1000 Woodworking Dust Collector is the largest model in Airtight Solutions’ T-Series range, designed for joineries, cabinet makers and woodworking facilities requiring higher-capacity dust extraction across multiple machines.
With a typical capacity of 10,000 m³/h, the T1000 can provide extraction for multiple pieces of woodworking machinery, including CNC routers, edgebanders, panel saws, spindle moulders and other production equipment. For a typical joinery or cabinet-making application, this may equate to approximately 4–7 machines, depending on individual airflow requirements, dust loading and system pressure.
Continuous Dust Extraction Without Shaker Cleaning
The T-Series Dust Collectors use a top-entry design, with dust-laden air entering at the top of the baghouse before travelling down through the filter bags towards the collection area.
This constant downward airflow assists in keeping the filter bags clean and maintaining a low pressure drop, helping the T1000 maintain suction without requiring the downtime associated with conventional shaker cleaning.
For busy woodworking facilities operating several machines throughout the day, this provides a simple and reliable approach to continuous wood dust extraction.
High-Performance 11–15 kW Fan
The T1000 is available with an 11 or 15 kW high-efficiency materials handling fan, allowing the system to be specified around the airflow and extraction requirements of the facility.
The fan features a heavy-duty steel casing and self-cleaning backwards-inclined impeller designed for high-performance material handling applications. A Variable Speed Drive (VSD) allows fan operation to be controlled according to system requirements.
The appropriate motor and system configuration should be selected based on the machinery being extracted, required airflow, ducting layout and overall system pressure.
Designed for Multi-Machine Woodworking Facilities
The T1000 is particularly suited to larger woodworking operations where a centralised dust extraction system needs to service several machines.
